Leaving procurement stronger than he found it Looking back on his career, Dan says developing people remains his proudest achievement:“ One of the accomplishments I take the greatest pride in is the people I have had the opportunity to hire, mentor and develop throughout my career. Watching many of those individuals grow into leadership positions and make meaningful contributions across the business has been incredibly rewarding. Their success is a testament not only to their talent and dedication but also to the culture of growth and development we have worked hard to foster.
