There has been a fundamental shift in enterprise procurement. The rapid arrival of AI has forced three worlds, technology, risk and supply strategy, to speak the same language AI is enabling a significant convergence around supply chain and procurement. It becomes increasingly embedded in enterprise decision-making, organisations need frameworks that promote trust, transparency, accountability and resilience without slowing the pace of transformation. But that doesn’ t mean that innovation has to halt its breaks.
