• Assist: Conversational help desk that answers policy questions and surfaces spend data.
• Copilot: Agents run quietly in the background, drafting RFx, red-lining contracts and nudging approvals.
• Autopilot: Full autonomy on high-value workflows: tail-spend sweeps, intake orchestration, invoice automation, dynamic supplier selection, and BOM optimisation.
Over the next year I’ ll ensure each phase lands cleanly, proving ROI at every step before scaling to the next.
Partnering with Chief Product Officer Jon Lawrence, we’ ll infuse predictive risk signals, Monte-Carlo“ what-ifs,” and agent-to-agent negotiations that can settle a contract while you sleep. I really want to dial up the disruption.
Finally, it’ s my goal to turn the entire organisation, customers and partners into JAI evangelists. From engineers to sellers, everyone should be able to pitch the Assist to Copilot to Autopilot story in an elevator – or a TikTok video.
Procurement reinvents itself constantly. We’ ll keep customer feedback loops tight, iterate fast, and never let tech outrun the business case so we stay agile and curious.
With these five objectives nailed JAI won’ t just be a product suite – it’ ll be the operating system for modern procurement.
