With preparations for the holiday season in full swing , let ’ s ensure procurement leaders take some well-deserved time off to recharge ahead of an exciting 2025

Procurement is often described as being “ perpetually on ” – constantly focused on savings , contract renewal or emissions reduction .

I hope that , during the course of the holiday season , procurement professionals can find the time to disconnect and take a step back . Let ’ s rest , recharge and go again in 2025 .

It ’ s been a pleasure covering all things procurement since my tenure as Editor began seven months ago . So many of you have been gracious in sparing the time for interviews and more informal conversations , including at Procurement and Supply Chain LIVE London in September . Helping us fill our mag with invaluable knowledge and industry-leading insights , ensuring our readers keep on coming back .
