Farmer-facing support partners Phase one will include South East Research Farm( SERF), serving farmers across the Canadian Prairies; Practical Farmers of Iowa, supporting farmers in western Canada and the US; and Farm Advisor, an Indiana-based, farmer-led initiative that pairs experienced conservation farmers with peers to accelerate soil health practice adoption through mentorship, education and on-farm assistance.
