This group currently represents over half of its core supply chain and accounts for 44 % ( US $ 326mn ) of its total spend . homelessness by providing barista training and an employment opportunity and implementing Change Please and Stop Hunger CollecTins at our sites , with donations going to both foundations .
In addition to supporting Change Please by being a proud coffee partner , Sodexo are also key supporters of the programme by offering onward employment opportunities , with 12 of their graduates to date taking up employment within Sodexo since 2017 , as well as facilitating its new training programme in Manchester .

Clinton Global Initiative As part of Sodexo ’ s commitment to the Clinton Global Initiative , it launched its Supply Chain Inclusion Programme in 2015 , supporting SMEs , businesses owned by women , minority ethnic groups or social enterprises . The programme continues to this day , helping more diverse suppliers work with Sodexo .
Other initiatives and organisations Sodexo also works with WEConnect , MSDUK , Social Enterprise UK , Enterprise Nation , Scotland Food & Drink and Bord Bia to identify potential suppliers and invite the most exciting and relevant suppliers to join our programme .
