JLL has promoted Michael Raphael to the role of Chief Procurement Officer . He will lead procurement activities globally and manage annual procurement spend for JLL , while also looking after the procurement of goods and services on behalf of JLL clients . Raphael previously served as JLL ' s Global Head of Sourcing Solutions Development & Operations , a position which saw him manage the global sourcing team that responds to client outsourcing requests . Currently based in Chicago , he previously spent 17 years in Asia in a variety of roles , including as Chief Procurement Officer for the Asia- Pacific region at JLL , leading a team of 226 procurement professionals in 14 countries .
