What has your experience been of Zycus Horizon and do you have any takeaways? I’ m so excited. This is my first Horizon and I’ m blown away. Not just by the place, but by the entire experience. There’ s a lot of energy here; there’ s a lot of good ideas here.
This morning it was very nice to see Aatish, the founder, live and in person. He’ s kind of like the Wizard of Oz, at least to me. And all of his ideas moving forward into the AI space are amazing. I’ m looking forward to implementing them and taking them back.
How are you implementing agentic AI and how important do you think it could be for businesses? So, I actually stood up and asked a question. I didn’ t mean to hog the mic, so I kept it to just one. But I honestly feel as a change management and a change agent myself for my organisation, AI is the way of the future.
I’ m very grateful that I have a CEO that loves AI and is ready to support AI, but I know there will be struggles and opportunities moving into the future just because of the horizon of procurement. I know there will be

a whole adoption process that everyone globally will have to look forward to, but I’ m ready to administer the change and I believe it can be the way of the future.
If everyone could just jump on board and work with the robots, I think they’ ll make a lot of things a lot smoother.
What are your thoughts on Zycus as a solution? It’ s a great solution for end-to-end purchasing. You don’ t necessarily need all of the modules to use it. In the new environment we’ re working in – remote work, global work – it’ s definitely a proponent and I don’ t see it going away at my company anytime soon. I look forward to keeping it going.
