Erik Roberts is Chief Purchasing Officer at Procter & Gamble, a role he has held since April 2026, leading the Global Purchasing organisation responsible for governing every dollar the company spends, from direct raw materials and packaging through to indirect categories such as media, IT and transportation. Erik believes purchasing should function as a continuous engine of growth, grounded in what he calls the trifecta of superior performing products, full lifecycle sustainability and supply chain-wide value creation.

Erik joined P & G in 1998 as a financial analyst and spent 28 years across finance, marketing, sales, media and general management before pivoting into purchasing. Erik is also responsible for sustainability across P & G’ s Product Supply Organisation. He serves as Vice Chair of the American Cleaning Institute and sits on the Board of Directors of Findlay Market in Cincinnati.
