Jonathan Colehower is a seasoned executive managing more than US $ 100m P & Ls, drawing on elite consulting and tech leadership at McKinsey, Accenture and Oracle. He drives enterprise software transformations, lean operations and high-impact revenue growth.
“ In the end, the ERP will get the clean and structured data. But the user is not going to see it as a compliance activity. They will just have a brief conversation.”
Technology and AI When it comes to technology implementation, the hardest part is seldom the tech itself, it is“ the difficulty in persuading the department head that their unique exceptions are nothing more than situations that the workflow has failed to incorporate yet,” says Dmitry.“ The technology falls short due to end-to-end workflows and integration of different tools. Not because the AI technology is too complex. This is how you know where the bottleneck lies.” That distinction, knowing where the real bottleneck lies, is also what makes it possible to measure whether orchestration is actually working. Once organisations have aligned their processes with the technology, says Jonathan, they need metrics that confirm the change is paying off, not just running smoothly.
