Kai Nowosel is Chief Procurement Officer at The Adecco Group, a role he has held since November 2023 following a brief retirement from Accenture. At Adecco, he leads a global transformation of the procurement function across more than 60 markets, moving the business from fragmented, transaction-led purchasing to a demand-led model built around Omnea.
Kai spent over 18 years at Accenture, most recently as Managing Director for Accenture Strategy, Sourcing & Procurement, where he led the global Sourcing and Procurement Practice and served as Chief Procurement Officer for the firm itself between 2017 and 2023. Earlier in his career he held senior procurement roles at Sanofi-Aventis and Deutsche Bank, including co-founding the Emaro marketplace and building out Deutsche Bank’ s regional and global procurement functions in London and Frankfurt.
Based in the Frankfurt Rhine-Main Metropolitan Area, Kai is known for combining large-scale transformation experience with a hands-on approach to rebuilding procurement functions from the ground up.
