Despite the challenges, one of the most exciting areas that Greg is seeing is the move into agentic AI to support the investigative process.

“ The agents can also point them to the most interesting aspects of a case to focus attention and get to a disposition decision faster and with less wasted effort. As AI agents become more embedded in our daily lives, adopting them into investigative work is a natural progression with minimal learning curve.”
