Barry Callebaut’ s Board has appointed Thomas Gaengler as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Committee member, effective 1 September 2026, succeeding Clemens Woehrle. Joining from Mondelēz International, Gaengler brings more than 30 years’ leadership across supply chain, procurement and operations, most recently as SVP End-to-End Supply Chain AMEA, having previously served four years as Global Chief Procurement Officer.
