Over the years , she has worked to raise the profile of procurement and supply chain leaders . As the Founding Chairman of three companies specialising in the development of the procurement profession – The Faculty , The Source and Procurious – Tania has made significant contributions .
The Faculty , established 12 years ago , is recognised as one of Australia ’ s leading advisors on procurement development . It collaborates with prominent organisations to elevate the role of procurement , build highperformance procurement teams and create professional knowledge networks . Under Tania ’ s leadership , The Faculty has achieved numerous milestones for the procurement profession in Australia . Tania founded The Source , a specialist recruitment firm for procurement professionals , four years ago . In 2013 , she moved to London and founded Procurious .
