Alisa is an international procurement leader with over 25 years ' experience in senior and CPO roles , as well as a background in telecom , technology , and semiconductor industries . She currently works at the world-renowned financial company Visa as Chief Procurement Officer , Europe , having joined the company in 2021 .

Michele is currently the Chief Procurement Officer & VP Global Procurement at Kellogg Company , having been there since 2002 when she started as Director , International Procurement , before being promoted to Director European Procurement and VP & CPO , North American Procurement , and then , ultimately , to her current position .

Tyler has a Master of Business Administration ( MBA ) in International Business , a Master of Business Administration from Marquette University , and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee .
