She served as Global Chief Procurement Officer from May 2019 to January 2023 and held additional leadership positions in marketing procurement, innovation, indirect procurement and supplier diversity. She began her Diageo career as an Ingredient Buyer in 2002. Janelle holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’ s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy-Business and Industry from Kansas State University.
