Traditionally perceived as a maledominated domain, procurement has undergone a significant transformation as women have progressively entered the field, challenging and ultimately reshaping this outdated stereotype through their growing presence and influence.

I'm immensely proud to present the Top 100 Women in Procurement 2025. It is a list that is packed with incredible leaders: people who talk about transformation, then make it happen.

They are extraordinary women whose impact is being felt at the very top of global supply chains and procurement operations.
