Amanda is Chief R & D, Procurement and Sustainability Officer at Mars Snacking, a role she has held since January 2024, and a member of its Global Executive Team based in Chicago. Amanda is responsible for supply chain resiliency, unlocking value for the business and supplier enabled innovation, and leads transformations that deliver greater efficiency, effectiveness and savings. Amanda joined Mars more than 20 years ago and has held a series of senior roles, including Chief Procurement and Sustainability Officer for Mars Wrigley, Global CPO Indirects and Global VP of Procurement Directs. She also served as VP of Procurement for Europe and CIS and as HR Director for Mars Chocolate UK. Amanda holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Cambridge and began her career at the Ford Motor Group before joining Mars as a management graduate trainee.
