Obviously, undergoing a transformation like this can seem quite daunting for some people at the outset. What would you say to those who are perhaps on the fence and looking at implementing a transformation like this? What would you say to them? What I would say to them is, even though it might seem hard at first, the long-term benefits that are going to come out of it, and the unity that ' s going to build within the whole company, is going to outweigh the struggles that they ' ll face at the start.
