And just finally, Andrew, I ' m very sure you have navigated many shifts in the industry over the years. How would you say your own leadership style has evolved as you ' ve moved from managing people to now managing the intersection of people, data, and AI? For the past five years or so, it ' s been a big focus on people, process, and technology – how can we leverage technology to help us do our work better? And again, it ' s not about replacing people. It ' s really about being able to use these tools to drive value. When I ' m meeting with clients, prospects, or my team, we ' re always leading with that message of: here ' s what it ' s doing for you. Yes, a lot is changing month over month – things change so quickly – but let ' s focus on the impact that it ' s having on our team, and how we can go out and serve our clients better by using these tools. Ultimately, it really helps everybody move in the same direction, getting us all rowing together and delivering the value that we need to deliver.
