Building an agent is, in my opinion, part art and part science, in the sense that it is an iterative process. The number one best practice is that agents need to be scoped down to a very specific outcome that needs to be there.
And finally, when we come back to Inspire next year, what position do you hope the Navi agents to be in? How do you think they will grow over the next 12 months? We expect the fleet of AI agents to grow exponentially and that is just our outof-the-box, pre-created agents. But we are also expecting that customers will have used Navi Agent Studio to build a lot of purpose-built, custom agents that are automating many of the things they would otherwise spend manual time on.
