Total Cost of Ownership refers to all the monetary value in which procurement teams face when acquiring, operating, maintaining and disposing of a product or service over its entire lifecycle. But like an iceberg, many factors remain hidden under the water.
Heading even deeper, the iceberg continues, as things which drift out of the mind when ownership comes to mind. Such as license fees, network or system integrations and new equipment which cost affect the businesses bottom line
