more than 25 years of experience in R & D and procurement, Rosina is now the Chief Procurement Officer of Indirect Services at Johnson & Johnson. Utilising her global expertise across Europe, APAC and the Americas, she leads the procurement strategy for a US $ 13bn spend, covering HR, technology, logistics, facilities, consulting and legal services.

Mirela

took the reins as CPO at Coca-Cola HBC in 2023. Her priority is encouraging suppliers to abide by applicable environmental and local labour laws, in addition to meeting the company’ s own supplier guiding principles. Working with her procurement team, Mirela is laserfocused on helping Coca-Cola HBC to meet its ambitious sustainability targets.
