into individual manufacturing lines and their capacities. Being able to drill down to specific transport lanes and mode selection or port selection allows you to be more confident in the decisions you need to take when things change. It really leads to a more agile organisation. It gives you greater visibility on cost to serve, service time and the impact of the“ what-ifs” that, again, in this day and age, I don ' t think you can afford not to do.
If I wanted to have the best supply chain in the world in the next three to five years, what does it need to look like? I think there ' s a lot of questions and angst around AI and what ' s going to happen with that. Certainly it ' s been the talk of the show season. Certainly also here at Inspire, there is a lot of great stuff about what Coupa is doing with AI. I think it ' s really about understanding the importance of humans in the loop. As you move to more agents and more agentic systems, you still need those humans in the loop. It still comes down to data, decisionmaking and insights. Whether that ' s human-led or machine-led and humanguarded, what really matters at that point is that if you have the wrong processes, the wrong data or the wrong mission vision for the organisation, it doesn ' t matter if it ' s OpenAI, Claude or whatever the next AI mega-company is going to be. Again, it comes down to: what are we trying to do, what are the rules to achieve it and is the organisation aligned to that?
